In this phase, we lean into the human stories of your work to help craft your visual narrative with a compelling impact report and individual donor-giving campaign. We built them to be used as powerful tools to educate, build trust, and compel your audience to partner with your organization to drive structural change. 

Here, we also help you go IRL—because no digital interaction can replace the alchemy of energy, connection, and trust sparked in real-world experiences. Thoughtful, well-designed events and activations don’t just bring people together; they create moments that inspire action, deepen engagement, and create lifelong advocates. 

In this stage, we will craft:

  • Annual Impact Report – We will design a data-driven, visually engaging annual impact report that tells your story and can be employed as a compelling narrative throughout the year and beyond.

  • Event Brand & Collateral – We build an event brand and suite of design assets that will boost registration and attract aligned corporate sponsors.

  • Donor Giving Campaign – People give to people - not just causes.  We will craft a year-end giving campaign message and visual theme that bridges the gap between the urgency of your mission and the impact of your work to boost donations.

Implementation & Strategy

The Roadmap

You now have the strategy, the stories, the tools. (Yeah!) Now, let’s put them to work. But we know that even the best tools need a little support. As you start implementing, we’re here as your design mentor—offering feedback, guidance, and resources to help you tell the stories that will grow your community and power your mission.

Finally, we equip you with:

  • In-Depth Training – We provide you with a walkthrough of how to implement your assets, plus tutorial videos + a library of “how to” resources. We also provide guidelines for maintaining brand consistency over time and train your team to employ brand assets powerfully. 

  • Mentorship – For the month after delivery, we’re here to review your designs, provide feedback, and offer strategic pointers to ensure your brand shines across all platforms.
